Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, surrounding a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, above a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44. 48 mm (w) x 55. 55 mm (h), weighing 30. 3 grams, the catch demonstrates evidence of repair, in extremely fine
