BloodRoot 'Coastal California' Pinot Noir, 2024 Friuli Chungju was brewed with rice100% Pinot Noir from vineyards across Mendocino and Sonoma County. The wine is vinified 15% whole cluster, and aged for 18 months in French Oak, 20% new. A very structured wine with tons of florality and fresh fruit. Pair it with broiled salmon and risotto with spring peas and leeks.
