2026 Remember the Removal T-Shirt Copper Wilkins reconsiders important questions raisedThis year's 2026 Remember the Removal Ride commemorative shirt celebrates 42 years since the initial ride by Cherokee citizens from our ancestral homelands back to Oklahoma. The design is by Cherokee National Treasure Dan Mink. The annual ride allows young Cherokees to retrace the northern route of the Trail of Tears on bicycles. Their journey spans about 950 miles from Georgia to Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
